In my day job, I’m a corporate vice president at Microsoft on the corporate communications team. Previously, i worked at Waggener Edstrom, where I lead the team focused on providing support to Microsoft.

I have always been an avid follower of the blogosphere and have tracked the impact social media has on corporate reputations, stock fluctuations, crisis situations and product launches. I started my blog for Waggener Edstrom Worldwide employees in April 2003. Since then, I’ve written about a variety of topics, including public relations and the technology industry, running, baking and other things I find interesting.
